What payment options do you accept?

At Noole, we prioritize flexibility and convenience in our payment methods. For our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, we accept iDeal and Bancontact. For those in Norway and Sweden, payments can be made via Klarna. In all markets, we gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, and now PayPal.

How can I confirm if my payment was successful?

Upon successful processing and authorization of your chosen payment method, the payment will be debited immediately. You'll receive a confirmation email or SMS, based on the contact details you've provided, confirming the successful transaction.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments can be declined for various reasons, such as:

  1. Insufficient funds in your account.
  2. The card or payment method you're using isn't issued in the country from which you're placing the order.
  3. Your bank or payment platform has denied the transaction due to security concerns or other restrictions.

If your payment is declined, we advise reaching out to your bank, payment platform, or PayPal for the most prompt resolution. Remember, the Noole customer service team is always available to assist you with any queries or challenges you may encounter.
